for the purpose of assistant the judges of the Crown Amazion Music Awards. Zion music awards shall include lyrics which have a
common theme of praise, worship and giving thanks of God, based on the historically orthodox Christian world view.in the event of any
doubt in content the judge’s decision is final and binding.
07 WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTRY?
-The awards are open to all Recording Companies, Artist, Producers, Engineers, Composers and Promoters (Worldwide).
– The category for Best African Awards Amazion is open to all recording companies and artists, from the African Continent (Worldwide).
– All kind of work(s) that has been released, in the past 300 months, (2000-2025).
– international collaboration and productions are also encouraged to enter, provided that any collaboration is predominantly by south
Africa’s, Artists ,Producers and such artist(s) has /have star/equal billing on the release
– after the closing date of the entries, a process will be implemented to ensure that all entries are placed in order/correct/most
appropriate categories(in terms of the rules of the awards ceremony below)
08 GENERAL RULES
– The judges’ decision is final, in a relation to any awards and no correspondence will be entered to in relation to judges’ decision.
The judges shall not be required to provide reasons for any decision in respect of the competition.
– By accepting the nomination to Crown Amazion Music Awards, each nominee is deemed to have accepted these rules.
-THE JUDGES SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISALLOW ENTRY FORMS IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:
*the nominator provided insufficient information to verify the entry.
* No contact is readily available on the entry form.
* The work entered does not fall within Amazion Music genre.
*the entrant is not eligible to enter.
* Where there has been non-compliance with the rules in one way or the other.
– THE JUDGES AND DATABASE TEAM SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
* Place any entry into the category in deems appropriate
* Rule on the eligible/eligibility of any entry
-pay the nomination fee and submit and bank deposit, as a reference then seen and email filled form to:
ACCOMPANIED BY: Cd /Electronic Songs, Nominees Biography and Photos via email
NOMINATION FOR THE CATEGORIES: Best Amazion Music Video and Best DVD should also be accompanied by Dvd.
Failure to submit this will result to disqualification of entry

-by accepting the nomination, the nominee hereby agrees to be bound by the rules and hereby grants to the Crown Amazion Music
Awards, the right to do the following:
*to use each nominees photographs, name, images, likeness, biography, interviews and recorded performance for marketing,
advertising, filming and broadcasting the Crown Amazion Music Awards.
* to use nominees sound recordings in synchronization with the broadcast of the Crown Amazion Music Awards on television and in
promoting, marketing, advertising, filming and the Crown Amazion Music Awards.
– Each entrant and nominee indemnifies the sponsors Crown Amazion Music Awards; it’s licensed against any liability and against any
claims which may arise directly from any branch of these rules. This indemnity shall survive the completion of the awards.
